THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER.

I am currently working from 5-10 working day dispatch policy. I can sometimes get out orders before this time, so please drop me a line if you require it earlier.

I can accept collection from Basildon SS13 or I send via EvRi Tracked delivery for an additional £3.50.

I will personalise EXACTLY how it is written on the order. So please ensure you double check your spellings and options before checking out as I will be unable to edit the finalised item.

Everything I make is hand made and is made especially for you.

As my items are all personalised, I am unable to offer a credit or refund, unless faulty.

If there is a problem with your item on arrival, please let me know as I can fix it for you ASAP!
